They are not paying . I used it on my blog http://www.entertainment360.in for testing . I reached 3.96 $ and they mailed me payment done. But still I am unable to see any payment in my Paypal Account. I also mailes them in their support ticket . Still there is no response.
Another Factor is that they never count your all impression and your page loading speed decreases a lot. This means Bounce rate increases and gradually rank in google search engine.
If some body got paid its ok but keep in mind that their ad serving is like hell
