PubMatic Announces Latest German Publisher Partnership: QUARTER MEDIA

PubMatic NewsNew York, NY, (December 6, 2012) – QUARTER MEDIA, one of the leading online publishers of premium inventory in Germany, will build on the technology of PubMatic, a Supply Side Platform (SSP) for publishers operating on desktops, mobiles and tablets.

The partnership enables QUARTER MEDIA´s inventory to be sold via RTB. Tibor Gaddum,  of QUARTER MEDIA, said: “Real Time Bidding will be more and more important for the monetization of websites. This process makes it possible to evaluate and sell ad space programmatically. With PubMatic, we found a partner, which was the first company to enable RTB and for that reason they provide a wealth of experience we can benefit from. PubMatic´s platform has proven its benefits and we are excited to implement it.”

Katharina Meran, Country Manager of PubMatic Germany, adds: “With our platform, we support QUARTER MEDIA by improving the marketing of their websites and the inventory they have.  Data from analyst firm IDC shows that in 2012, the growth of RTB in Germany will be 171% over 2011.  We are thrilled that QUARTER MEDIA, a well-known premium publisher, has chosen our technology and wants to optimize their portfolio with it.”
