Never start working with adside. Our payments are on hold and i tried calling them…no response. I sent many emails to all the contacts i have from their website and also the person who is in charge of my account….there is no response from any one of them.
Stay away from them.
Adside approached us last year in 2011 & we went ahead & implemented the same on our site. Initially, they performed pretty decently but after few days they started tweaking the data & the variation was huge. After running it for around a month, we stopped it as there were serious discrepancies in their reporting system. We had a real tough time in getting our payment. In 2012, they approached us again & assured that they have a better reporting system now & the performance would be much better this time. We have been running Adside again since the last 3 months but unfortunately they haven’t paid us yet despite the fact that payment term is Net-30. I have been following them up including their CEO for the payment since last month but their is absolutely no response, forget about the payment.
We want to share our own experience working with AdSide.com as a publisher.
At first we have noticed that the quality of the traffic they supplied was not as expected. Then there have been delays in receiving payments. We had to send reminders and requests to get payments from them. Starting April 2012, they stopped responding at all to our requests for payment.
AdSide owns us a few thousand of dollars, we are unable to get money from them.
They don’t answer the phone, don’t return calls, disregard emails and requests for payment.
We work with many companies in this industry, such as Google, ValueClick, Tribal Fusion and others for a long time. We have never got screwed by any player of this market.
