AOL Network Revised The Payment Terms From Net 30 To Net 45 Days

Dear Partner,

We would like to let you know about some upcoming changes to payment terms as a result of our new Publisher Terms and Conditions that went into effect on January 1, 2014.

Most notably, the new terms and conditions revised our payment terms from net 30 to net 45 days. Starting April 1, 2014, publisher payments will be made by Advertising.com no later than the 45th day after the end of the month in which revenue was earned by Advertising.com. For example, your payments for revenue earned by Advertising.com in April will be distributed on or around June 15, 2014.

The publisher payment process will otherwise remain unchanged. You will continue to receive your payment as you have in the past – by check, EFT, wire or PayPal (PubAccess clients only). You will also continue to receive your payment on a monthly basis; however, as noted above, you should now expect payment to be distributed on or about the 15th of each month.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to your account manager or contact us.

Thank you,
The Advertising.com Publisher Team
