I am using PropellerAds from Oct 2014, I am using pop under, mobile dialogs & banners. Their cpm rates are good (0.08 to 0.15) because i have traffic from various countries and 80 % of them come from search engines. I am working with them honestly and they never blocked my account. Thanks to PropellerAds Media.

Have you tried our popunder and mobile ads or just banners?
Banner ads take more time to be optimized, especially on low traffic.
We recommend our mobile interstitial / dialog ads for higher rates.
