    Dear Admin,
I could not log in your network today.
It said “Unable to connect to the database host. Check database host, username, password.
    2003 – Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘104.154.22.100’ (110)”
I would like to know what happen with system?
    Thanks and Regards

To address our performance problems noted earlier, we migrated over to cloud-based hosting. This allows us to scale up by dynamically adding server instances as server load increases. When the load increased a few additional servers were added as expected, however, they were not whitelisted with the database server and therefore had their connections refused. It was an embarrassing mistake that was quickly resolved. We want to be open and transparent as much as possible.

Ad loading is now fast on my website, I hope advertopia will continue this positive side. CPM rate must be fixed to all publishers, it’s fluctuating. Today I got high eCPM but yesterday it’s low.

    • advertopia says:

This is where we are trying to be unique. Advertisers pay different rates for impressions and those rates go up and down on a daily basis. Instead of locking publishers into a single rate and let us keep the difference, our model is to keep a small percentage and pass everything else on to the publisher. That’s why you see such fluctuation. The downside, however, is that when advertisers pay low, publishers get a low rate. That’s where we have been (lower than desired CPM) over the last few days and we are working with advertisers to fix that.

I got my payment today, good cpm rate of up to $0.23. To tell honestly, the better way to make them the best ad network is to load their ad banner fast. I mean super fast for at least 2seconds. I test my site with ad script on tool. pingdom . com and the result is totally frustrating, the result is almost 20seconds but without the ad script my site will load for just 900milliseconds or less than 1 second. Hope they will read my suggestion.

  4. Shaboss says:

Yes, you are right jaumaico, 234×60 ad has more cpm. I also get good cpm from it. But advertopia says me that ad loading has been fixed and it will load more fastly so you can try to re-add them.

  5. Shaboss says:

Hi, jaumaico, advertopia is the best ever network i have ever seen. They pay on time and now also they have increased cpm. Now i am getting good cpm rates. Re add ads now because i am guarantee that they will pay you. THANKS

Yes, they paid me last march 16 and I am waiting for my earnings today april 1. I got $128 with a CPM average rate of $0.23 in every ad banner but the ad banner that has a good cpm rate is 234×60 which has $0.30 CPM rate.

The issue that I still found is the capacity to load the ad banner because sometimes it is too slow and my whole site is totally affected, lowering my site’s reputation.

I promise to myself that if ever I get my earnings with this ad network, Advertopia, I’ll give them a genuine review. So here’s my experience (I’m not promoting them nor paid me for this review)

3rd week of February 2016- ads page load were totally messed up. I’m the owner of Syndize.com, this site is absolutely fast it loads half a second but when I try adding ads script to it, it actually made my site load slower so I contacted the admin and give me a $5 token (so I thought this might be a scam)

1st week of March 2016 – Ad pageloads is now faster than before so my biggest complaint was solved.

March 15 2016 – I contacted the admin for a cashout. (I’m not hoping they will pay me because they give me $10 token for my complaints)

    March 16 2016 – I received my earnings worth $30.54.

March 17 2016 – I started earnings again, back to nothing, so I generated $20.00 for 9 hours since my visitor is mainly came from the U.S. but when I reached beyond $20.00 Advertopia only gives me $0.03 CPM rate instead of $0.12 CPM so I remove their ads on my site. This might be the real issue that I found. So yeah I will continue to run ads from Advertopia if they will increase my CPM rate. I hope they will be able to read this message and hopefully give a respond to my complaint.

Verdict: They are legit ad network. I’m from Philippines.

Advertopia is certainly not a scam, but there are a few rules concerning payment. Advertopia pays on the 15th and the last day of every month. Publishers payments are held until the first complete billing cycle. So if you joined on February 25 (date of Jeff’s post), and earned revenue over the following 4 days, you would not be paid on March 1. Instead, your would be paid on March 15 for the last 4 days of February plus the full first billing cycle of March.

This is done for two reasons. First, it’s just how our accounting system is configured. Second, we need to validate that the traffic is authentic and does not violate our terms of use (ie: bot/paid traffic and gambling/adult/illegal content).

If anyone has a negative experience with Advertopia, please email us immediately at: [email protected] and we will investigate your case. Advertopia is continuously innovating to stand out from the crowd of Advertising Networks and we are counting on you and your valuable feedback to help us get there,
