Hello. Popmyads network has always paid me on time, I have been using them since 2015.
Of course that my traffic is legitimate from google, users complaining here probably sent fake hits. I received payment yesterday (17-10-2016).
Payment always late.
the info is on request but my last payment pending for more than 13 days.
I’ve stop using popmyads, dont know they still pay or not.
I just tested PopMyAds , my website send quality traffic to every ads network
2 weeks my earning is $5 and i withdraw from account, after that they blocked
my account : reason : send fake traffic…

This company doesn’t pay for cooperation. They block the account without any evidence. They can’t even pay $10. They are not payable. Moreover they haven’t even telephone number to clarify all situations with their partners. They are cheaters.
