I am not sure about the proxy thing, but as long as the traffic and the clicks are legal not artificial, then they will approve it.

If yes, can i use both of them at same time? i mean in one site?
They used to be the same company, but Breezeads was sold to Bulgarian company,

First time I paid $50 on eleavers.com I received 5000 clicks, there was 8 sales,
8 sales from 5000 visitors is too little, so I thought most of the traffic is not good, till I noticed that all the 8 sales asked for refunds.
